BETTER HUMAN PROJECT, HEALTH BHP 004: Molecular Hydrogen Foundation | Tyler Lebaron
H2 gas has just recently hit the forefront of biomedical research, and is still in its infancy with only around 1000 scientific publications, and perhaps 40-50 human studies since 2007.
In more than 350 of those studies, molecular hydrogen has shown therapeutic benefit for 138 disease models.
- The Japanese government recently approved H2 inhalation for treatment of post-cardiac arrest patients as it appears to be more effective than conventional treatments at offering neuroprotection.
- Human studies, including Tyler’s own study, show great benefits for sports athletes in fatigue, recovery, performance, etc.
