Our story

We are committed to educating the world about molecular hydrogen (H2) and making it affordable and accessible to everyone. Our tablet uses a patented technology now used in more than 21 clinical trials and delivers up to 12.4 PPM of H2.

why hydrogen?

Hydrogen is the smallest molecule in the universe, yet it plays a big role in how our bodies handle stress and stay resilient. Backed by over 3,000 studies and 200+ clinical trials, molecular hydrogen has been shown to help the body restore balance, fight oxidative stress, and support energy, recovery, and healthy aging.

What we believe

DrinkHRW isn’t just about supplements—it’s about giving people the tools to live stronger, longer, and with more vitality.

science over hype

Everything we do is rooted in real research and transparency.

empowerment

Health isn’t handed to you; it’s something you build, daily.

simplicity

Wellness should be straightforward and fit into real life.

trust

From our products to our partnerships, integrity guides every decision.

Scientific Advisory Board

The SAB exists to ensure that our product development process is grounded in evidence, not hype.

The primary goal is to ensure that products are not just hype or snake oil, but are actually safe, effective, and grounded in legitimate science.

01

Evaluate branded vs. generic ingredients to ensure real, measurable benefit

02

Analyze formulation synergy and discuss product strategy at a biochemical level

03

Provide third-party oversight to ensure we don’t just claim quality — we deliver it

04

SAB members only approve what they would personally use or recommend.

Dr. Richard Holland
Role: Founder

Dr. Holland is a medicinal chemist with an academic background in anti-cancer drug discovery. He earned a PhD in combinatorial chemistry and completed postdoctoral research developing blood coagulation inhibitors. His career then shifted toward biotech startups, where he co-founded companies focused on neuropathic pain and CNS disorders.

Initially skeptical of hydrogen’s therapeutic claims, he became convinced after reviewing the peer-reviewed science. He joined Alex in developing Drink HRW’s hydrogen tablet with rigorous attention to stability, dosing, and safety.

Together, they bridged scientific credibility with real-world need.

Advisory Board
FAQs

A Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) acts as the "brain trust" for DrinkHRW. It is a group of external experts who provide academic and clinical oversight to a brand’s internal team.

Their primary goal is to ensure that products are not just "marketing hype" but are actually safe, effective, and grounded in legitimate science.

Consumer Trust: In a skeptical market, an SAB acts as a "seal of approval" that the products are safe and effective.

Scientific Understanding: They serve to verify that scientific content is accurate while also using terminology that the average person can understand.

Better Results: Most importantly, developing science-backed formulas leads to higher customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

The selection process for a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) is a strategic search for credibility, niche expertise, and communication skills. The scope isn’t limited to doctors, especially given that molecular hydrogen (H2) is a fast and emerging category; we look for experts in the field of research on H2.
